Who WE Are Looking For
WE are looking to add experienced marketing professionals to our roster of marketing consultants. The ideal candidate must have specialty experience within the performing or visual arts, with a specific interest in classical music, dance, and museum sectors. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering on time and under budget marketing campaigns.
How WE Are Structured
The WE INC. collective is composed of freelance marketing professional contractors. Contractors take minimal direction from and partner with the CEO & Founder of WE INC., as well as account leads and other consultants within the collective. As a 1099 contractor, there are no other benefits associated with freelance contract roles. Potential Roles At WE INC. Marketing
Marketing Consultant
Our Account Lead’s often require assistance with our marketing services goals. Do you have a passion for any of the following?
Project management
Copywriting
Media planning/buying
Production calendar and timeline management
Social and/or email marketing
Marketing campaign development and implementation
If yes, we are seeking someone with a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience within the performing or visual arts industry. We are looking for a candidate that is well organized, creative, and showcases a deep attention to details. This role will work remotely. Hours will be available as WE INC. grows and the individual showcases an aptitude for growth and more hours. The pay for this position will be between $40-$50 per hour. This is not an entry level contract position.
Marketing Account Lead
As our client roster expands, we are looking for dedicated marketing professionals who can manage large to small projects. Responsibilities include marketing strategy and tactical execution, project management, and client relations.
This is a mid/senior-level contract position. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 7-12 years of professional experience within the non-profit sector. Experience within the performing arts, museum, or classical music industry is required. The ideal candidate should exhibit a strong understanding of client management, paid advertising, production calendars, promotional marketing, event ticketing/sales, social and email marketing, and general marketing campaign development and implementation for nonprofit arts organizations.
This role will work remotely with flexibility, with a range of hours depending on client contracts of 10-25 hours per month. Additional hours may be available as WE INC. grows and the individual showcases an aptitude for growth and more hours. The pay for this position will be between $70-$85 per hour, based on experience and ability to effectively manage projects, with opportunity for hourly rate increases after exhibiting exceptional account management.
Qualified Marketing Account Lead candidates will be asked to submit examples of the following from previous experience:

Writing Samples (short and long form, such as email/social and website/blog)
Editorial Content Calendars
Description of how you manage projects effectively (using project examples or as a narrative)
