Who WE Are Looking For

WE are looking to add experienced marketing professionals to our roster of marketing consultants. The ideal candidate must have specialty experience within the ticketed performing arts (classical music experience desired) and/or museum industry. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering on time and under budget.

How WE Are Structured 

The WE INC. collective is composed of freelance marketing professional contractors. Contractors take minimal direction from and partner with the CEO & Founder of WE INC., as well as account leads and other consultants within the collective. As a 1099 contractor, there are no other benefits associated with freelance contract roles. Open Roles At WE INC. Marketing

Marketing Consultant

WE INC. Marketing is looking to add a Marketing Consultant to its roster of subcontractors that will be responsible for project management support, marketing deliverables, and client relations on select accounts. 

This role will work remotely with flexibility, approximately 16-32 hours per month. Additional hours may be available as WE INC. grows and the individual showcases an aptitude for growth and more hours. The pay for this position will be between $40-$50 per hour.

This is not an entry level contract position. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience within the non-profit sector. Experience within the performing arts and/or museum industry is required. The ideal candidate should exhibit a strong understanding of paid advertising including media planning/buying, production calendars and timeline management, social and email marketing, and general marketing campaign development and implementation.

We are looking for a candidate that is well organized, creative, and showcases a deep attention to details. Expected start in January/February 2026 or a mutually agreeable date. 

Marketing Consultant for Account Lead Contract(s)

WE INC. Marketing is looking to add one to two mid/senior level Account Leads to its collective of subcontractors. Account leads will be responsible for tactical execution, project management, and client relations specializing in museums or performing arts. 

This role will work remotely with flexibility, with a range of hours depending on client contracts of 10-25 hours per month. Additional hours may be available as WE INC. grows and the individual showcases an aptitude for growth and more hours. The pay for this position will be between $70-$85 per hour, based on experience and ability to effectively manage projects. 

This is a mid/senior-level contract position. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 7-12 years of professional experience within the non-profit sector. Experience within the performing arts, museum, or classical music industry is required. 

The ideal candidate should exhibit a strong understanding of client management, paid advertising, production calendars, promotional marketing, event ticketing/sales, social and email marketing, and general marketing campaign development and implementation for nonprofit arts organizations. Expected start in January/February 2026 or a mutually agreeable date.
